Payment Terms

A deposit of $250 is due upon registration, $150 of which is nonrefundable.  On/about January 15, 2027, each registrant will make final selections (guests, optional activities, etc.) and pay the balance due at that time.

Paying your deposit by credit card is the easiest and most efficient way to pay.  For those choosing the “Pay by Invoice” option (including those wishing to pay by check), your registration will be held for seven (7) days pending receipt of your deposit.  Deposits not received within seven (7) days may result in your spot being offered to the next person.

Until the date the Supreme Court Application Packet is submitted to the Supreme Court, all fees paid less the $150 nonrefundable deposit will be refunded to your original payment method.  From the date the application packet has been submitted to the Supreme Court until April 15, 2027, all fees paid less $350 ($150 nonrefundable deposit and $200 Supreme Court Application Fee) will be refunded.  There are no refunds or credits of any type after April 15, 2027.
